Chicago (-6.5) vs. Grand Rapids
This game has one of the AFL's elite teams, Chicago, coming off a very tough loss to Philly, taking on a rebuilding team in Grand Rapids. It's really hard to go against Chicago here and I'm not going to. Grand Rapids was able to hang tough for most of the game last week against Arena Bowl champs San Jose, but couldn't seal the deal and ended up losing by 8. Chicago is a favorite to make it to the Arena Bowl this year and to do that, they have to blow out teams like Grand Rapids
PICK - Chicago
Utah vs. Orlando (-4)
Here we have a battle of a couple of 0-2 teams in Utah and Orlando. Both teams have good quarterbacks who know how to put up points and both have defenses that have been playing like complete shit. Take a look at the stats -
week 1 - Utah 62 Arizona 63 - total points 125
week 2 - Utah 63 Cleveland 66 - total points 129
week 1 - Orlando 56 Philly 77 - total points 133
week 2 - Orlando 53 New Orleans 54 - total points 107
Utah has come right down to the wire in both losses and I think they are ready to break through this week, I'm leaning towards the over but 120 points is a really high number to reach, even in the Arena league so I'm just going to make one play here
PICK - Utah
The pick I feel strongest about today would be Chicago.
