I actually think that most USD Biden gives to Ukraine is used to buy additional US weapons for - so it isn't that much different from the US goverment putting money out in the market to stimulate growth

And lets get real Israel and Ukraine can't be compared in this instance - and the Ukraine war is a cocktail of Putin being a raging lunatic and a proxy war against the west (including US) and just because it is close to them the battle is fought there
