The twin that DID NOT take part in the heinous crime....would most likely be found ''guilty by associatation''.

Unless the innocent twin can prove that he or she can sleep while standing up, then the innocent twin was forced into the crime, with the ''evil'' twin dragging the slumbering limp twin around during his or her crime spree.

OR... the evil twin was all molared up on cheap whiskey, thus the ''good'' twin was drunk too, due to the fact they share the same blood-flow.
