Not 1 to trust a Tool, I looked into the situation at- hand.It appears that the Army/Navy game has gone Under 15 of the last 16 years (2005 being the Outlier) so who trusts a Tool on ESPN??   BUT........

Over the last 18 years,whenever 2 service academys play football and there is a Total Posted on the game,the game has gone Under to the tune of 43-9-1.
