Fred...I am not very happy with you right now...

I saw your post in the television section about your dislike of Judge Judy...this is very alarming to me that you would not like watching other peoples legal misfortunes while learning how to avoid your own...her show is a spin off of Peoples Court which was a phenomenal show  that originally ran through my teen years....I don't know if it was the music that got me when the litigants for each came busting through the door or the fact that others were getting busted and not me or if it was the slidey porn guy outside interviewing people on the streets about each case or the fact that the judges name was Wapner which was so close to the Whopper or the guys voice that introduces each case...whatever it was it got me and so has Judge Judy because she is a no nonsense kind of lady....just the type of lady you need if you are one that is indecisive....she'll tell you where to put it and how to handle shit...take charge kind of lady and I bet she knows her way around your bailiff....

Now, get a hold of yourself will ya...how can you not like this shit...

The interviewer on Peoples Court was Doug Lewelyn, and he actually launched Judge Judy.  He's in his 80's now and still allive and kicking.  He lives just up the mountain from me (not too far from Kelly McGillis) and I've run into him a couple of times over the years - nice guy.

that's right and it was Harvey Levin who used to interview the people outside the courthouse about the cases in the revamped version of People's Court...that's the slidey porn guy I was referring to....Lewelyn interviewed the people after tehir case was done but Harvey interviewed random people outside on the street...that's who I was referring to....and now I cannot get the intro music out of my head...dunt dunt...
