Calling out Unclebeneli
Let me preface this by saying I like Uncle. I first interacted with him last year and I loved his stories about the days of gambling yore and tried to soak up any tidbits of gambling knowledge he offered. I was nothing but courteous to him, even when we disagreed. But then this year he comes into a playoff thread of mine:

and offers this response to my writeups:
“Oh dear me.”
Exactly what he meant by “oh dear me” is not clear. I asked him to clarify but he refused to offer me, and the forum, that courtesy. Did he not like the writeups? The picks? The juice I was paying? Or all three? Who knows? All he left me, and this forum with, is a sarcastic response befitting a pimple-faced teenage girl on the rag. It would have been nice to know what his response was to those picks and/or the writeup, but no. Like a common troll, he simply offered his sarcasm, and nothing more.
I searched covers to see if he had written any writeups for these playoffs, or the games I had discussed, but found nothing. To say I am disappointed by his response to my thread would be an understatement. As it turns out, I went 3-0 on my selections, even if I hedged out of one, for a total of 7 units (excluding the pick I hedged out of). And all Uncle offered me and this forum was his sarcasm, possibly dissuading some from taking my recommendations. Here is hoping he gives us something more than his sarcasm in the coming weeks.
