Here's one for the Dolphins, who play the Chiefs in Germany this weekend. Since 2022(Mike McDaniel era), the Dolphins vs teams with a .500 record or better: 2-8 SU, PF=22.7, PA=32.2 Apply those same parameters but road games only: 0-7 SU, PF=21.4, PA=34
And yet i wanna take the Dolphins

Next year flat bet. Figure out what u willing to lose and go off that.
If its 1000$ u don't mind losing just flat bet $50 for the nfl season. Would have to go 0-20 or get 20 games below .500 to bow out (assuming around -110 odds)
Just seems like ur torturing urself a little bit now....been there before

I've said this in a previous thread, but imo the Dolphins look like the earlier version of the Chiefs with Mahomes, before they managed to put together a defense, decent enough so they could be a real contender, for a SB. This game will be another test for Miami, their 3rd this season, after failing in their previous 2, against the Bills and the Eagles, so I don't think the 3rd time around we will see another result, than a defeat. The only thing that gives me a little pause is the fact that the game will be played in Germany, because adapting to a different timezone can be a legitimate concern. Damn the Rangers are unstoppable on the road I feel like a dumbass, for laughing at them in the Hot Stove thread 2 years ago, after they signed Semien and Seager...
I'm a king dumbass for believing my Orioles would fare better with a 1st round match up with them instead of Tampa.

Imo it's all about timing, and yours seems to be atrocious (been there, done that), to say the least...
What the Rangers are doing is truly historic: The Rangers are the 1st team to win 9 straight road games in a single postseason after defeating the Diamondbacks on Monday. So with the win last night they made it 10 in a row that's just mental...
They also did this last night: The Rangers are the 1st team in World Series history to score 5+ runs in consecutive innings within a single game.
From a betting stand point, I can understand how the game tonight can be really tempting, especially since it will be Eovaldi vs Gallen, so the Rangers could win the WS by winning 11 straight games on the road, basically all of them, which will be a record no one will ever match... I'm too chicken to bet on this game though...
Accomplished time-waster

Youse just about scared me off Miami. It was rumored that on Sat. last Maholmes had a temp. of 102 and my guess is by kick off he will have had more vitamins pumped in him in a week then you and I absorb in 3 months naturally. I just get the feeling that Miami is also going to be primed for this one and they hang with them.

I think people are asleep at the wheel here. Tampa is a playoff team and it starts now.

Some of it is mine. A few dollars maybe 3 or 4. KC is temporarily broken. I don't know why anyone would like them on Sunday in the Fatherland. The Germans produce a style of beer called "kolsch" which is my absolute favorite. Light, dry, smooth, but full of flavor. Very hard to find here in the states.

The flu is temporary as well.
Both teams are 6-2.
KC just happened to lose last week.

The flu is going around big time ..I just recovered from it today...I had it since Sunday. It's going to be a big game for the Chiefs to prove that they don't need Tyreek to get back to the SB. These 2 will be going full throttle..I already took the Over 50.5 .
