I would add the following which would make the mods job easier:

If a troll gets blocked by 10 different people, they automatically get banned...it's about time this place begins to monitor itself by letting the majority speak and not leaving it up to a mod that is more concerned about politics and his own  personal Trump rants on what is supposed to be a global sports betting website.
