Tout - an attempt to sell (something), typically by pestering people in an aggressive or bold manner.
Tout (Covers Definition) - any attempt to promote oneself outside the Covers website.
I admit I was unfamiliar with the promotion guideline, never the less I was judged and ultimately found guilty of breaking a guideline. I accept responsibility for it and took my punishment, despite disagreeing with the definition. I would never charge for my picks because anyone can be a good capper, if you are willing to put in the time. Plus, I don’t need anyone's money.
To call me a TOUT after one post of my Twitter page is plain irresponsible and since I was member here long before Twitter was founded, I simply wasn’t familiar with the guideline. Never the less I am no more TOUT than you.
