In my humble opinion, mobile qb gives defensive co-ordinator fits. Denver has not played vs any read option offense or mobile qb yet. Oakland seems to be in a good position to stay in the game in the 1st half and maybe til the end.

the "covers  bloodbath" is about as mythical as the "SI covers curse".  I&#x27;m still trying to pick a side, but it&#x27;s comical how many people believe in this.

You should be more worried about 74% of the public on DENVER than a couple hundred people on covers that actually do their homework and study the game all week.

Covers bloodbath is true. Just look at the consensus numbers every week. They were absolutely crushed this week and have been all season.

As for SI covers curse, that's really just regression to the means. It happens because it has to happen.

I love it when people tout about the betting public being on one side. People all of us are the betting public, there are no sharps here with inside knowledge. Just like last night the majority of covers 30 minutes before the game were on Pitt at a 3-1 clip. Same with Oakland tonight. Does that mean Denver covers? Hell no but I have seen it a few times around here. One popular capped starts touting a certain team and everyone just follows like sheep and get slaughtered. No one knows what percentage of the "betting public" is on. If they try to tell you they do they are lying.

With all that said GL on whichever side you are on.
