Intetersting. My ear must be awful. It was one of the most sought after songs featured in the movie "The Pledge" with Jack Nicholson as he was paddling across a the lake in Alaska.
 
Humberto Carlos Benifica is not somebody that is randomly chosen to handle that score.

I was only posting an interesting melody that I thought might be interesting and very calming for the General board is all. No it is not billboard material by any stretch of the imagination. If you don't care for it why bother responding?

I actually really enjoyed that- thanks for the link.  The intonation is a bit different than what we normally hear.  When I was on a med-mission trip to West Africa last year, the young girls / teenagers had a similar effect- they sang in a different (?-I'm guessing- no musician here) key than the rest of their choir and it was in "Pidgin" English- quite entertaining.

Liked it a lot. Sort of Enyaish with a dash of Peter Gabriel. If musical taste has anything to do with the Billboard Top 10, please count me out.

If this is the thread, you made it in the box and yeah if this were done in the main forums it might result in something, but maybe post in the music forum or GD versus here and then the rules are different.

Some of us are older than the kids who replied above, just throw back on them (within the rules) and understand that the box has looser rules regarding bashing and that the average age for some kids here is younger than some of us older members.

Looks like Charlie's comment was made outside of the box, the others were pretty recent.

Unfortunately the age group of some posters leaves plenty to be desired regarding musical taste and posting class. Not saying all kids are rude and intolerant, but obviously he has a problem with disagreeing and not being a jerk about it.
