You don't have to live in the 90's anymore, just go online and create yourself better lines & odds. Much more you can select from rather then a local. Your only problem is paying taxes if you hit big.

I live in a state gambling is not allowed, and because of that I used 2 locals.

I have tried like 10 times to open offshore using a card.

Finally I tried to open an account with LowVig and bought some bitcoin to do so.....a few guys here suggested that........

Strangely enough, I tried depositing bitcoin like 3/4 times and it didn't work..........but I called my credit card and was insistent on them letting the charge go through, without being rude, just was stern with them, because they asked me a bunch of questions and declined the transactions, and they finally let it go through...........so it is possible, you just gotta use bitcoin or insist on your CC letting it go through.  So now I have my 2 locals and LowVig.....Lowvig has some good lines for sure.....one of my locals has me at 5c lines to begin with, but lowvig sometimes has better stuff.......it is good to have options.....I would open at a couple if I were you..........it is only annoying until it is opened.  I am also glad I didn't use the bitcoin, because bitcoin is getting killed and I converted it back to cash just in time.  Brutal.

Not dribble the ball , I’m talking dribbling his body underneath the guy’s spread legs St.Louis arches . Fuckin crazy . I hated that motherfucker . But he was a nice guy ….
