Facebook has flagged as misinformation the claim that Japan ceases vaccination and approves ivermectin as covid treatment.  Also politifact has debunked this claim.  Japan ministry of health still rejects ivermectin because of questionable evidence.  Moderna vaccine is still widely administered.  According to Burnet institute, Japan's success in the pandemic can be attributed to high vaccination rate, masks and public health restrictions.
