3) Try to be civil. We know, we know. Sometimes it is hard to contain yourself when somebody is acting like an asshole. But we know from personal experience that nobody wants to read a full page of flame posts either. It's not fun. So at least try to maintain a sense of dignity-plus it shows a lot of class.
I offended this guildline and have been place in the Penalty Box for that offense.
My daily affirmation:

It has been 17 days since the last time I bashed a Covers Forum member.
A wonderful day to all Covers Forum Members. I hope all is going well for you. this is my 13th day in the Penalty Box and this is the 18th topic I have posted since being sent here.
I thank all the members who have supported me in my rehabilitation. Today is a hectic day so if you address me there maybe a long delay before a respond but I will respond when I get a chance.
