History repeats itself and once again, Black people are not doing the right things to help Black people out. There are tons of stuff they can do, but instead they loot and burn cities. Kinda tells us what BLM is really about

As for the NBA... Black Lives Matter painted all over the court, kneeling during Anthem, ridiculous sayings on jerseys... now they don't even play. Can't imagine why ratings are in the toilet. Here's to hoping they boycott for all eternity.

I disagree. It, at the least, shows that the people who play the game feel that pro sports, which is quite a huge, massive part of daily life, to the point it takes up about 1/3 of every newspaper and news broadcast, is still LESS important than police brutality.
It says that these events bother us so much we don't want to pretend like it's all okay and play a game so you can cheer and dance, we want to focus on this scourge of police brutality and you should too.
It does have an impact. It may not stop these things from happening - yet - but you have to start somewhere and believe it will. If people didnt believe in change we would never have many good improvements in society. We would be working 7 days a week with no minimum wage in unsafe conditions with no sick pay and no pension for starters.
