It is the Tijuana Mama hot pickles sausage.   They've been around for decades, and they still come in the same orange wrapper with a figure is a senorita and it says 400% hotter (used to say 300% hotter).  They're widely available at convenience stores, and I do believe they contain ingredients that improve brain function. 

I do strongly recommend that you check the expiration date cuz some places may have had them sitting for years.  Also make sure the sausage doesn't appear too dry.
