I lost 2200 on that game and it was hard to swallow after watching it and hearing all about it again and again. But, time to move on., gotta remember , as pissed as I was, someone is happy that a gift fell into their laps in dramatic fashion. I agree that the bad calls were all over the place. The refs were missing calls and then calling bad ones,,, only to royally screw the ending.
They should have easily called the offensive interference but no doubt, the refs were watching the ball instead of the players. the funny thing was , I had the impression that the guy who threw his hands up for the TD was confused and watching the other ref make the gesture with his arms and the confused one just git even more confused. i guess it would have been a riot in seattle if they had reversed it on replay.
but shit, how do you miss that blatant offensive interference, the guy that got pushed to the ground would have had a supreme opportunity to knock the ball down or intercept it himself.
But, lets move on. and fuck Roger Goodell for being a shitty commish. he unilaterally suspends players / coaches with out the semblance of due process and then draws a line in the sand that gives us the circus refs.
