You are a tout so you have to stick to the WP section, which is the same reason we banned your other NightGuy account. So if you like being out then stay in the Promotions section.

Like I said, I did break your rules.  I don't plan on breaking them again.  I only wish to give use this site like everyone else, to win and give input back n forth.  I am not allowed to reply and give posts in forums still?  Yes, I did use "nightguy", but you will see that it WAS NEVER used to tout, just to be able to participate in the community.  I thank you for your consideration.

Also, I don't tout anymore.  I use this site like everyone else, for valuable info for my personal wagers.  If allowed, you will NEVER see me "touting" ANYWHERE on this site.  Thanks

The answer is no, you did try and use your account to solicit members and it does not matter if you are saying you are not doing so now...you did and were asked to post in the Promotions section...then you snuck out and were boxed for doing so.

Well, Its very unfortunate, because I miss the interaction with covers members and I also have a lot to offer.  I am a little surprised that you still hold such contempt and hostility towards me for actions that were years ago.  I am no longer in the tout business and have no intention of being in it in the future.  When these rules were broken the Covers site had no "covers experts' (TOUTS) and now you do, this seems a bit hypocritical.  I guess I have no choice but to accept that because I broke rules many years ago I can NEVER fully utilize your great website.  This seem ridiculously excessive and immature, but you its your decision.  Peace!
