Did Trump's in any way embolden Putin to start a war?
How much is Putin's war affecting inflation around the world?
How much is Putin's war affecting stock markets around the world?
How much are fuel prices under direct control of any president?
With unemployment now down to only 3.6% and the death rates from the worst days of the 2020 pandemic now well under control with vaccines & boosters, what else does the Biden admin need to do to repair the mess he inherited and the lingering damages set in motion by the previous administration, in both foreign and domestic policies, and how likely can anything be achieved with a senate filabuster?

Obvious to anyone who can read a chart that the new omicron variant in January, plus news of a looming European war and then the war itself set off the market tumult around the world, not just here.
Now, two factors seem to be most significant to most recent market retreats: the expectation now for a widening of Putin's aggression and the resultant reactions to oil & gas & food supply issues, and here in the U.S. specifically, the FED being forced to raise rates twice now in an attempt to tamper inflation which is clearly being made much worse by the war.

I'd blame it all on SCOTUS...all their fault, and now they're waiting to clean up on all the short positions they set up.
Alito is the devil...and all the justices (except Kags, "Ice Cream", and "Sonya from the block") are complicit in trying to crash the market and cause all the millennial/tech cool kids to be forced to move back in with their parents. A dastardly plot...shameful!!!

Petryr Baelish, in all seriousness, the answer to your questions lies with the FED. Trump and Biden both have more to do with the market and inflation in todays world than Putin. These problems didn’t just pop up out of no where the last couple years. Yes, they were ignited but in reality they were set in motion going back at least 20 years to the Bush administration. The actions of the Federal Reserve, especially post GFC, hold the answers…. Not Putins price hike or Biden gas prices. Blame the FED.
Go read the book “Lords of Easy Money”. You will have a much better understanding of the reality of which you speak of.
