Sublet Rental Opportunity

I've been living rent free in BigRed's big melon for years.  I'm going out of town for a few months and would like to sublet my apartment in BigMouth's, I mean BigRed's head.

All utilities are included.  The lights are dim for the most part.  Great heat in the winter as he is a hothead.  Great for mystery lovers, as BigMouth always is tracking down a conspiracy against him.

Great place for a happy couple.  Maybe Drew and Iron Mike would be interested.

$700/month OBO.

The Linoleum Maestro has been on vacation.  He has assured me his mind is freshly scrubbed, cleaned and the walls have been painted.

Therefore, the price of this economical sublet has been raised to $800/month with utilities.

Hopefully the voices in his head have been installed with a volume control for his future tenants.
