That's hilarious gunner. I'd just like to watch a game that doesn't penalize players for making a little contact. It's football. It's a contact sport. It's a little frustrating when your team makes athe crucial stop on 3rd down and then they make a bullshit call because a DB hit someone too hard. It's weak and pathetic and they've ruined the game. But I guess if you don't know football and you don't appreciate good defense, you wouldn't know. We're not talking about breaking bones we're talking about players getting flagged for unnecessary roughness when they make good contact for God's sake. Do you have a vagina? Are you really gonna tell me that these calls aren't ridiculous? If that's the case I can't discuss football with you because you obviously don't know the sport. They are penalizing players for hitting too hard! They're not even calling helmet to helmet anymore! And half the time they call that there isn't even contact with the helmet!

and I can already tell that you are an obsessive fan that probably screams at the TV and claps on your couch when your team makes a play, as if they can hear you or as if anyone playing the game actually cares about your feelings.  Then if your team loses, you're probably mean to people for at least a day and you let the result of a GAME affect your lifestyle.

I scream infront of the tv and even bite my fingers upon seeing my team's lineup, would that make me a shithole? Wow Gunners... I do sometimes get exciting but I've chilled a lot with age. I'm still a huge passionate fan but at the same time I realize children are starving to death all over the world BY THE THOSANDS every day. There's many more pressing issues in life. That said, just about everybody I know gets passionate about his team, and I know a lot of football fans. And no I'm never mean to people. In fact I actually felt kinda bad about the idiot remark I made earlier.

And actually I've always respected women to enth degree. I was raised properly so I respect everybody unless of course they do a fantastic job at making people disrespect them.

In the NO/PHI game, Wilson came right up the middle and sacked Vick. Right before he hit Vick, Vick ducked to protect himself. Wilson was coming in low, and there was minimal helmet contact. Flag.

Follow me here. Contact like this happens in every day game. Penalizing does no good. Here's why. It doesn't deter. Wilson could easily do this again next weekend with no intent. At times it's just unavoidable. This is kind of a silly analogy but imagine if you pulled out in front of an oncoming car and caused an accident. Now imagine if you were sent to jail for it. The jail time isn't going to deter you from doing it again later on because you didn't mean to do it in the first place. It was an accident and it might happen again.

So penalizing doesn't deter the act. So what purpose does it serve? None. You just cause frustration with players and fans. So why throw the flags? Every now and then you'll get a really dirty hit that needs a flag, but they're throwing flags like they're trying to get it to rain flags or something. And 95% of the time they're just hits that are unintentional and unavoidable. And we're always going to have them. I mean I'm seeing flags where a player's hand will TAP the QB's helmet with the same force of a large bumblebee hitting his helmet. And they throw a flag. How does this NOT bother every football fan?

they should get rid of all rules prohibiting blocking in the back. that would allow more long returns, which are the most exciting plays.

Why is this in the penalty box? Vagina is a wonderful, beautiful blessing from God that makes procreation possible. We wouldn't be here if it weren't for vaginas. Also it's been proven in peer reviewed studies that the vagina opens the door to everything possible.
