Trump takes abortion topic off the 2024 Presidential election and sends it to the States

Trump announced on Truth Social that he doesn't support a national ban on abortion.

Trump stated "at the end of the day, this is all about the will of the people" and many agree it is the States that should set the laws.

Looks like a smart move from a smart man.

 I would agree. Just as capital punishment is the law in some states, let the people of the states decide.

 I find it odd that those in favor of terminating a child before birth are against terminating a convicted murderer.

Abortion shouldn't even be a Presidental election issue after the Roe/Wade decision.  Trump only responded because the Libs are going to use Abortion to get the single woman vote again.  Just wait for FJB to run away with the abortion speeches just like he is with the great economy ones.  They don't have a long list of great points this time around
