Yes, you have no grasp of context and take everything literally.

All tv is stupid. It's entire purpose is to distract and dumb you down. It was less dumb in the 70s but still dumb as always. 

Hugh...i see you have been recently introduced to covers long-term trolldonk...if you continue to argue with such a troll, they will drag you down to their level and end up beating you up with all their experience.

My suggestion is talk at him, not to him...it confuses them to the core and triggers them...then you end up getting countless hours of free entertainment as they perform their schtick for us without ever realizing they are being played.
