Question

So Jimenez has had 2 bad starts and he becomes a huge underdog vs the red hot Joe Johnson...so if Halladay has a bad day today that will be 2 bad starts in a row will he be an underdog next game??? hell no he wont, are the linemakers forgetting who Ubaldo is?

Yes i understand that but what i am getting at is if Halladay lost against San Diego today and then went on the road and faced another ace aka Kershaw, Lincecum, Sabathia etc you wouldnt see him become a &#x2B;130 underdog so why are the linemakers over inflating the price against Ubaldo who is an ace pitcher but has had a few bad starts this year.

Pry a good chance you dont know jack shit about baseball. His name is Josh Johnson. Right now he is arguably the BEST pitcher in baseball. Dude has pitched 27 innings this year and has given up 10 hits . ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. Also on a 16 inning shutout streak. The most he has given up in a game? A whopping 4 hits over 6 innings.

Ubaldo had a fantastic start to the season last year. Since the all star break last year a ERA over 4+ with a record of 4-8. Personally think Ubaldo run is over. Possibly you dont know who Ubaldo is.

Good luck with your bet but i think all the value here is with the best pitcher in baseball at only -140.

Josh Johnson is the best pitcher in the NL sans Halladay. But he's damn near close to passing him. That may seem like a shocking statement but he had a lower ERA last year and has added a curveball to his repertoire. The dude is tough. And he can hit! Probably the safest bet in baseball at this point...

I believe he&#x27;s given up like 4 hits in his last 2 starts combined too.  He took a no-no deep into the 7th two starts ago and then threw like a 2 hit shutout after that
