First off great job capping. Few years ago had c5-6 fused and it was great until two years later and i herniated the disk below from a sneezing outburst like 8-9x real quick. Wasnt able to do anything as i was in pain all the time
Trying to avoid the second fusion and lose mobility of turning my head iTried everything from the neck stretcher to pain meds to physical therapy to chiropractor with no relief..probably spent about 10 grand on unsuccessful treatments over nearly two yrs then out of,pure desperation i went to accupuncture.
I told the guy straight out i dont believe this will work but im willing to try anything.
After only 3 treatments I felt great! no more meds and was back playing softball within a couple weeks. It gave me my life back
Ironically against one team they had a guy with exact story as mine accupuncture gave him his life back even spending almost 10 grand lol
You might want to give it a try if things flare up as you already know the misery from the pain

I feel your pain. Herniated 2 of my vertebrae sometime last year. Doc says I could have done it while picking up one of the kids or while bending over to file something. So I told him, "Doc...I've had the same job and kids for 15 years+. Why now all of a sudden?" His response, "Because you're not young no more." Leave it to your doc to make you feel old.

It was the worst pain I've ever felt, Weebs. Glad the surgery is over and back to some sort of normalcy. You've had a great run in the pucks, keep it up
