Why was Baccarat banned?

Why was Baccarat banned without any explanation. Can a mod at least give us the reasoning as to what led to the ban on one of the greatest cappers covers has seen? I went theough his post history and he has nothing ban-worthy posted, I’m so confused, now he’s out there giving picks to others while we’re here stuck in the dark. Mod please tell us why? Not trying to be rude
