Oklahoma State slowed down after 56 points because they had a 56-7 lead, if Kansas scored punch-for-punch, OSU would probably hit 100.
But take a look at THIS
It is mind boggling that 90% of these games are shut outs and precisely ZERO of the opponents managed to hit double digits.
You blow a team out that sucks, you don't go soft on them. They should have a new rule. Every football team should play their optimum until the last second. They should be like a computer. Up 63-7 with a 3rd down and 10 at midfield? Don't run into the pile!
Imagine if we gave Stanford a -24 point deficit per quarter when they played San Jose State. Would they not score 100 points?
