After an NFL season where I finally won big, I am still unsatisfied. I have spent much time away from family both physically and mentally. I have been receiving numerous private messages from a kid who posts here as "Drew61", always asking for money because he hasn't been able to find another job after getting fired from Burger King in September. I tried to help him post a resume on LinkedIn but he seemed like he just wanted some money. He says he is nearly homeless. I'm not sure if any of it is true, might be a total scam. So I cash app him $75 after I had a good day but he keeps begging for more. So I stopped responding. Anyways the emotional swings are a lot to handle. You win big one day, then lose big the next. You might be winning big then a bad break completely reversed into a big loss. Then you have these Drew61 people who might really be desperately in need of help or just complete scammers. You never really know. I have decided to Retire and spend more quality time with my nieces rather than worrying about some football game. But I have to admit that every time I pass a homeless, dirty, obvious virgin on the street, I will always wonder - Could that be Drew61 ? I doubt it but who knows. I am really hoping he can get on at McDonalds though. Well it was a good season after some bad ones so now is the time to step back and spend time with nieces while they are still young. Gambling kind of twists my mind as to what's really important. Good luck everyone. I am retiring.

Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. TEACH a man to fish and he'll eat a lifetime...
Comes into play here. More than likely, Drew61 is a scammer. A lazy scammer to also add to that. The guy can't find a job with this current job market where everybody is paying at the minimum $11+ and hiring on the spot due to the staff shortages?
Your generous $75 cash app to him reminds me of a disastrous craps session. One of my many craps session in the past, I bought in for $500, brought it up to $3k then blow it all. A nice, little old lady looks at me as the dealers are taking away my last, large all in bet and says "here." It was two $25 chips. Now this old lady was a craps regular who had been grinding all night, picking her spots of when to bet, betting the table minimum of $10 and was doing really well cuz usually, she busted out. I turned it down but she kept insisting that I take it. Finally, I reply to the old lady, "Thanks but after losing all of that, I would just blow YOUR hard earned $50 in 1 bet.." She understood and retracted her bet. I walked away from the table and drove home a loser that night. No running to the casino ATM. No trying to see if there was anybody in the casino that I knew so I could borrow some cash. I took my a$$ straight to the car and embraced the "quiet ride of remorse" home. The one where you have all the time to think about what went wrong. Just you, the humming of the car and the nice drive through the woods at 2 am..
IMHO, it's best to forget Drew61 and let him/her deal with reality. Heck, he's fortunate that somebody cash apped him ANY amount of money..
be with you as you take an extended break..
"Schrödinger's bet." A bet that loses when you bet it but wins when you DON'T bet it...

After a hot roll is when a dice player needs to cash in and head for home a winner. Yeah, the action whets your appetite for more and the endorphins are flowing in the brain but after every hot roll, the dice usually go ice cold. I know as I dealt, boxed, and floored dice games...have seen it all.
