absolutely... Ceasars actually had a 1-3 limit game..I was playing in the tourney there and we all were laughing with the dealer about it...What the hell is the point of a 1-3 limit game??

In the SF bay area, there is one place that has all of the limits, including a $1 - $2 limit game. Of course you get the broke dicks playing that, who have a $10 buy-in, but they also have a jackpot which is any quads (or str. flush) beaten, all hole cards must play, and it goes up to $100K. This jackpot is for all of the limits so the $1 - $2 can be a cheap shot for the jackpot.
