I have had no problems with Full Tilt or Poker Stars, I play consistantly at FT though, never really heard anything bad about Stars.
Full Tilt has a 100% deposite bonus up to $600, so whatever you deposit, they will match it. You do have to play enough to earn your bonus though, you just don't get it right away, all sites are like that.
Also, if you play at FT, sign up through Rakeback.com, you will get 27% of your rake back. Might as well do that, it's just free money.
I am not sure if Stars has rakeback, IIRC they have a weak 50% sign up bonus to like $150, you will have to check to make sure.
