didnt really get to post yesterday, was super busy anyways this is about the same guy that folded aa preflop.
this hand happened a couple years ago, but i still cant get it out of my head. he had about 1600 in front of him (started with 200) and then suffered a couple bad beats and tilted off some money and was down to about 550. we were playing 11 handed, which i hate, but anyways here is the hand.
5/5 nl. seat 7 a loose agressive old guy makes it 30 preflop hes in seat 8 he sits there for a while and then calls. seats 9 10 11 call. im seat 1 the small blind, i have 44 and call. seat 2 the big blind calls, so does seat 3 who had limped in. so we have 8 ppl in so 240 in the pot. flop was kj4 with 2 clubs out there. seats 1237 check he then immediately goes all in for about 520. seat 9 thinks forever then folds,10 and 11 fold, i put my 600 i have in the pot and the rest of the guys all fold. he shows aa and i win a huge pot.
we leave shortly after this and i asked him in the car on the way home what in the hell he was doing. he goes well somebody always reraises there. i say well if you reraise to like 120 theres no way that guy that raised it to 30 would ever fold to a reraise preflop, plus one of them deep stacks behind you is dumb enough to call with something shitty for 120, so you are at least getting 1 person in there. plus i hate the bet on the flop, hes probably not getting called unless 44 or kj is out there.
i just find it amazing this hand is still in my head after 2-3 years.

jamie gold agree 100%, i dont think he could have played it any worse if he tried. these guys are capable of playing any 2 for 30 bucks, k4 could have even been out there
rick, mountaineer is better then wheeling, bigger room, i have been to wheeling once, wouldnt go back unless for a tournament, mountaineer got a 1000 dollar tourney tomrorow and sunday, they will have good cash games you would think.

Hey clown, how did you end up this weekend, i ended up going to wheeling and playing in a satalite for their labor day tournament. didnt do very well, but im thinking about entering in the tournament anyways. 350 i think, might be worth it.
the only other place i have played poker at was the borgata and they had nice chips there, wheelings are plastic and crappy, how are mountaineer's, I know that it is a little thing, but it is nice to have nice chips.
