I just dont get online players anymore...

So im playing in this 90 player Sit n Go double stack tournament (3k start in chips). Im chip leader early for a while as I tripled up with aces. guy comes to my table who is like beyond loose. Raising all ins with draws when other guys are committed etc. He goes from 29k, yes 29k when I was 2nd in chips with like 12k dow to 9k in no time. He sucked so bad. He then rivers a flush and doubles up to about 21k. 

 

I get AA in BB. Blinds 60-120. I make it 640. Maniac calls, and 1 more stack calls.

 

Flop QJ8 rainbow.

 

I bet pot at 2500ish. He goes all in. Now I say to myself...he cant have QQ or JJ if he just limped, I mean he COULD, but not often do you limp with that and not reraise a raise if you so choose. If he hit his set of 8's...then more power to him...other guy folds...I decide call...he shows

 

k9 OFF...yes K9 off...

knocked out...how fucking pathetic. How does this guy make that play...with 2 guys left in the hand...one who bet the pot being me, and I was playing super tight...he knew I would call or at least thought one of us easily could with a good PP...

I agree that really does suck but there are alot of ultra loose stupid  calling stations  and so forth out there

sometimes i think some of these fools are millionares or have alot of money to blow cuz they make such stupid calls  and you know they just made a dumb play but they just dont care   

You just gotta be careful of idiots like that.  Don't play his game.  You'll get your chance to take him down eventually. 

 

But with AA and that flop, I see where you're coming from, I would have done the same thing.  It was just a bad beat from a bad, lucky player...unfortunately, it happens all to often.

"I just don't get online players anymore".   What do you mean "anymore".  I have been playing online for a couple of years and I have seen some players play that way from day 1.  It does suck that these bad players seem to suck out way too much but that's what happens when you have alot of bad players.  People playing too many trash hands and getting lucky.  Those are the players you want at your table, you will win more from them in the long run.
