I can think of nothing more boring then us having to watch a final table with 9 jerk offs we have never heard of. Lets hope for at least Gus and Carlos at the final table...

I agree, if Gus Hansen just makes t to the final table it will be entertaining.   I really want a pro to win this year, I don't want to see some 21 year old punk winning 10 mil.

Ok so guys pardon me if I am missing someone but it looks like the prominent pros left with 112 still in the field include Lee Watkinson, Gus Hansen, Huck Seed, Kirk Morrison (he was away from poker for a long time but now is back. used to run with Negreanu and co. in the early days. and if you watched event #1 which was $5000 mixed hold em on espn he made the final table is quite witty and entertaining. he also has had great success since his return), Scotty Ngyuen, and Chad Brown. Lets cross our fingers that 2 of these guys make the final table and that one wins because the thought of having to hear the name Brian Tracy of Jeffery Tunkel for the next year will make me sick. Some say its good for the game but we've seen it multiple times over the past few years so lets just have a name guy come out on top for once!!! P.S. now the he won and became famous I do like and respect Hachem. Moneymaker and Gold are fakers. Raymer is reaallyy good but for some weird reason he seems too nice and it kind of irks me. Anyway go pros!!!

I don't know if I should say this or just punch myself in the face, but me and 7 of my buddies did a fantasy WSOP main event league. We all drafted 14 guys and 1 celebrity...mike tyson got taken, knish from rounders (yea I know he's not real), and I took simmons the sports guy, who didn't even enter. Anyway, last man standing takes the pot. we have 9 guys left:
bill edler has 490,000.
jared hamby has 645,000.
chad brown has 860,000.
humberto brenes has 1,140,000.
scotty nguyen has 1,175,000.
kirk morrison has 1,393,000.
huck seed has 1,546,000.
gus hanson has 1,604,000.
lee watkinson has 1,860,000.
The only guy I have left is watkinson, who luckily has the most. Anyway, it was a really good idea and been alot of fun, I suggest people trying it out next year.
BTW, we picked roughly 2% of the field (120 picks), now we have 9 out of 112(roughly 8% of the field)...I thought that was pretty good.
We are going to get the Tuesday PPV final table....anyone else?
BTW hanson went with the last pick in the first round....I got watkinson in the 7th.

Gus Hansen has NO shot.  J. Gold lucked his ass to a win last year.....aint gonna happen 2 years in a row...and Gus aint gonna play solid enuff.
