Have won a couple covers tournys...have deposited 75 dollares into the site...cleared my cookies 2 days ago and forgot my password...Have emailed them 16 times and have yet to get a response...so the 50 I have left just sits there...There is no phone number on the site to call...BEWARE...I know they are not just trying to keep my measley 50 bucks ...but they are inept in not answering my emails...and yes i turned off all spam filters too

cant get to live support without password...went on there as a different user..no live...just email...emailed them again explaining why i re registered...still no response

Have you tried to PM SuperBeets?

He set up the Thursday night game there, and if set up a game at a website, he must have contact information ( or at least know they are reputable .
( unless he is getting kickbacks, in which case he won't want you to badmouth the site )

 

Beets seems like a good guy, I would suggest PM'ing him

Good luck, I have a few bucks there too from the Thursday night freerolls

I've learned their support sucks. I wouldn't deposit a cent into the site. In fact I'd like to see covers use another site all-together.

Ive won 3 freerolls, 2 2nds, one other cashout........
 
ran it up to 298 bucks, and cashed out after reading this....
 
will play freerolls, but, no more real money

Please send me Pm's if anyone is having problems... I WILL LET THE RIGHT PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT IT.. As it is in life, there has to be a two lane highway with communication so they know what to fix also.. 
 
You have my word that I will look into them for you.. There have been some bumps in the road but those are small in comparison to the many great things that have happened..
