Doyles room now allow US-players again, as they now are on the Cake network. I like Doyles and Players Only because of their good software and nice player promotions. Both are now on the cake network.
If you dont have and account there yet, remember to sign up trough a site offering you PlayersOnly rakeback = Xtra bankroll cash.
I also like Aced Poker. Aced are on the Merge network and accepts US players. They have a good reward system and exclusive tournys and promotions for their players. A nice $50.000 tournament every Sunday that have overlays
Remember your Aced Rakeback if you sign up there.
I also like FT, best software imo, but the bonuses are a bit hard to clear.
Good Luck! :)

Stars pays out really quick, at least when you order a check, plus I appreciate that they don't have a casino attached. Stars, Tilt, I like Betfair (terrible for tourneys though), and PKR.
I have had problems with the cake network cashier departments freezing my credit card deposits. This was due to the fact that they do not understand the notion of prepaid cards offered in Canada, so I gave up trying to explain to them.
