What laws , you can't come hear from ca. but you can from the southern border by jumping a wall so your not legal get a DWI , be told to come back in the future not show up get arrested again , get your wrist slapped and told to come back again, now you know if we did that in our state there going to ask you to breath into this tube , if you don't you lose your lic for a yr. your Ins will go up, do your 7 days of rehab and pay a fine , they don't need a Lic -Ins or anything. They don't need to go where there's laws they need to fill out the paper work wait in line and be legal , look at all those people who went to the Lewiston- Auburn area and the city said where do we put all these people and they didn't even come across the border.
