A Partisan (either Democrat or Republican) canvases an area (neighborhood / nursing home / etc) and somehow obtains or convinces a person to relinquish their ballot or "help them" help them fill it out.  Then they mail or drop said ballot to a box (either drop or mail).

1) has fraud occurred?

2) can it be proven?

I just got back from doing my civic duty volunteering to work in our local voting precinct. 

And you have spent your morning whining on a gambling site that the election may be fixed.

A major difference between us is I do shit to make the country better while you are too scared of the POS who is known as Shitler.

Get involved or you don't have a right to whimper about anything that happens in our country.

1) the definition of "notwithstanding" precludes it from being considered "whining"

2) How's this for growing up:
