Nate Silver predicts that Hillary has an 80% chance of winning the election.

As a non-partisan independent I find this interesting.

She would be spending millions on high powered attorneys if we had a legitimate AG. The DOJ is a joke.

Mattbrot, as much as I dislike Hillary and won't be voting for her, I think 80% is about right. It's all about the electoral college and that is heavily in her favor. The bettor in me says to put some money down but I just can't do it. Blood money. lol

Nate  Silver...............

Last summer and into the fall..Silver said he gave Trump a 2 % chance to win; elsewhere, he put it at 5 %  At an event in New York back in September, he told a live audience to “calm down” about the prospect of Trump’s polls translating into electoral victory.

Trump has no shot...............

As late as April 13th 2016........ FiveThirtyEight editor in chief Nate Silver claimed that Trumps path to clinching the Republican nomination looking increasingly improbable....  lol

Ol' Nate should have quit when he was ahead (after the 2012 national election)  ROLF........

I am pretty sure (feel free to fact check me though) that Nate called all 50 states correctly last election and 49 of 50 the previous one.

He is pretty insane with his statistical predictions.

yes, that's right. in spite of the people who repeatedly claimed the polls were "skewed." fine by me because it made it insanely cheap to bet on Obama in 2012. free money. this year? so far it's deja vu all over again.

i'm a gambler. i don't really care about your opinion regarding Nate Silver. Or your politics. Just wanted to make sure that you're not to be taken seriously.

Plus..., everything I posted about Nate Silver being wrong about Trump is a fact ...and in line with the thread topic ..and can be considered in capping the election....

Lol I feel your pain.  I think like you, as a non-partisan independent I'm thinking the numbers seem about right.  But just like last time around even tho I am not voting for that person, I'm willing to cash in on the logical bet
