I'm not sure what is so "lunatic fringe", "radical" or "extreme" about Constitutional small government and low taxes.

I can definitely see why some people would not want it, but shrugging it off as a radical fringe is a mistake.

You will see that when Rand Paul is your president.

I hear the Tea Party folk buy American made cars.
I am surprised you don't support them.

i agree with you on much of that.  the point i like is that when you are a republican politician and you shout up and down during the campaign about how you are a fiscal conservative and for small government, you might have a problem when you get elected and the people who took you seriously (for some odd reason, hope and change, you know the drill) see that you're not those things at all.

Nice one dirt...  Like me, you are critical of both sides...

I always thought was actually the 21st century so called conservatives (CINOS) that have spent alot time acting like liberals...

so now the gaypeople are acting like the so called conservatives that were acting exactly like liberals in the first place?  so the new crazy is the just the old crazy gone 360...

Its no wonder that people are getting tired of the progressive/conservative BS...

Tea Party extremism?? The basic premise for a conservative republican is very simple....abide by the Constitution & abide by a budget.

So I must ask - What's wrong with that??

Also, I feel the people who wrote the Constitution, the Bill of Rights etc hundreds of years ago are so much smarter than those in politics now-a-days. The funny part is 200 years ago they were less educated....makes me wonder, aside from medicine and engineering, about all those crappy college degrees.

on foxnews they talk about small government, fiscal conservative republicans.  and on nickelodeon they have this show called max & ruby with rabbits who go around like humans and speak english.  for some reason, max & ruby is animated but foxnews isn't.  i think foxnews would be better if it was animated.
