I also see through the grandstanding Christie does and his abrasive, self-serving approach is not what I find endearing.I think anyone that enters into office is going to be morphed into the machine and ruined..the cause of our political ills is money..it takes money to get there it takes money to stay there..money determines all the political decisions and has destroyed the system.Until the system is rid of money I dont hold many politicians in high regard..but this should not be seen as some negative, I am a realist and not leaning to a party and its weaknesses because of a personal view it shares.I have a friend who is republican because of the abortion issue..that makes no sense to me. Same goes for guns or pot or whatever..why would anyone blindly serve a party and the ensuing politicians because the group caters to a personal favorite concept or belief or two?

I also do not care what party he is. He has come out in favor of the NSA programs. so I have come out against him. I actually had hope that he would be a good leader, but he has proven himself to be quite a political chameleon.

"Those are the people who are bankrupting the government and not letting enough money be left over for national defense."&#xD;&#xA;----&#xD;&#xA;I can&#x27;t see a circumstance where I&#x27;d vote for Chris Christie for anything.

I know you don&#x27;t want to hear this Rick but a team like Christie and Paul would be a winning ticket in 2016.If they could somehow meet in the middle on the issues: fiscal, social, and foreign affairs they will appeal to the avg voter.The perfect candidate can never win because the perfect candidate will be seen as too extreme.
