I’ll agree Africa is a social and economic mess. It seems all of our best intentions for the sustainable development in that region is a waste of time and resources. The continent has a great wealth of natural rescouses in oil mineral and tourism.

South Sudan has some of the greatest wealth and worse governance but that could easily debated with anyone Zaire (Congo) Algeria Libya Ethiopia Guano West Ivory Coast even South Africa at this point could all be given fourth world status as impoverished citizens subjected to hellish conditions suffering from abject poverty slavery and no human rights while the dictator and his family have billionaires.
