Denmark is not good ally....(we knew this )

Yesterday,Vice President J.D Vance’s attacked g Denmark for not being a “good ally”  Vance suggested that the only real solution to the national security issue was to take “more territorial interest in Greenland.”

He stressed that Trump would take the island if necessary, saying, “That is what President Trump is going to do because he doesn’t care about what the Europeans scream at us; he cares about putting the interests of American citizens first.”

To prove our interest in Greenland .....JD Vance and Second Lady Usha Vance will make a “charm” visit to the territory with the pair’s son Thursday “to visit historical sites, learn about Greenlandic heritage, and attend the Avannaata Qimussersu, Greenlands’ national dogsled race,”

Vice President JD Vance's chose to scale back the U.S.'s visit to Greenland this week.   JD Vance has cancelled his visit among Greenlandic society.

Now, the Vice President has said he will join the trip but will only visit the U.S. military base on the semi-autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark....

They didn't want JD at the national dogsled race...OK, then President will have to take all your dog sleds..

Reckless for Vance to call Denmark a bad ally while threatening to annex Greenland whether anyone likes it or not.  Historically, Denmark has supported US foreign policy.  Sending thousands of soldiers to Afghanistan and suffering second highest casualty rate per capita.  US strength isn't just military .  It is build on trust , trade and alliances.  Countries hosting US military bases allow US to expand power globally.  Polls show most Americans oppose US invading allies.

So how often should ally status be revisited in that the world today is largely different than 1949.  Perhaps some not on that list would be more helpful today than some that are on the list, including say a Denmark.

RUSSIA is the only ally trumpy wants and thats a fact.  Lot of maga traitors on this site and across the country total waste of oxygen these people are.  They Just live life in their hate filled bubble cheering on everything the career criminal con artist does everyday.

Maybe the magas can volunteer themselves or their families to go fight against our lifetime allies in order for trumpy to steal their lands like his idol putin does.  Doubt it thou, because most are just wussies who like to dress up in military clothes and play with their guns in the woods, safe from any real danger. Unless they come across a deer with a gun and then they would run  like little bitches

Denmark is not a good ally...

As of last year,,there were no American military bases in Denmark at that time...and no official plans to establish bases there..

Thus Denmark,by your definition is inhabiting the U.S.from expanding power globally.

To be an US ally doesn't require an US military base.  In Europe, US military bases are concentrated in 5 NATO countries.  Greenland has one US military base and Greenland is a territory of Denmark.  Greenlanders are citizens of Denmark.  Apparently, Vance forgot sacrifices of allies to help US.  After 9/11 attack, NATO invoked collective defense clause for first and only time.

The Trump administration said Thursday ahead of Vice President JD Vance’s trip to Greenland — accusing the Danes of “mistreating” Greenlandic people..

A senior White House official said.

“Unfortunately, Danish leaders have spent decades mistreating the Greenlandic people, treating them like second class citizens and allowing infrastructure on the island to fall into disrepair.

You are correct,, to be an US ally doesn't require an US military base..However, if you don't have one you are not considered a good close ally..
