Did President Biden improperly store boxes containing classified documents?

Yes or no?  

If so, should he be charged with mishandling classified documents?

yes

Yes and no.

According to the republicans during the Trump disaster, a sitting president cannot be charged.

So that answers the question.

But aside from that precedent set by the republicans, anyone who is not a sitting president, mishandling classified documents or information, should be charged.   But of course the penalties will not all be the same based on the merits of each individual case.

The danger is in making a false equivalency and assuming it is all the same thing.

The real question is Did Biden break the law by TAKING classified documents while NOT a president of the United States. Then kept said documents in various locations, for years, an indication the documents were viewed and not just stored. And then never gave them back until a third party found others at The Biden Penn Center.

With that it was withheld from the public until after the midterm elections. And then, the search for more classified documents dragged on for two months. Only when the last of all these found documents were found was the FBI brought in so that people with the proper clearance could remove the last document. WTF??

Can you say "keystone cops". Bring in the FBI on the last document?

Piece of crap has documents from he was senator.   But since the governmental police agencies are just as dirty and corrupt,  nothing will happen.
