In case you missed it, Dr. Ben Carson appeared on Fox and Friends yesterday and took a few questions. His most interesting comments were aimed at the Ryan budget, which he says “works” and is a “Step in the right direction.”  You can kind of tell that, like most conservatives, he doesn’t think it goes far enough, but - for now - it’s better than the alternative.

 

 

What does Chris Matthews call Carson? He can not call him a racist.

Dr Cason does more in week for humanity than Obama has done in his entire life. 4more years of this iwth Valerie Jarrett is driving me nuts.

 

Haha so true.  It is hard for the left to demonize Ben Carson.  But I am sure they will try.

Once Upon a Time...

Health Care USED to be a very minor part of an American Employee's work package.  Aside from the Wage, the Employee USED to have Health Care, and a Pension and a Retirement Savings Plan.  This was years ago when a CEO earned 35 times what an average worker earned.

Fast forward fifty years and somehow, magically, the CEO earns 400 times what an average worker earns.  AND the Employee has no more Pension, no more Retirement Savings Plan, and no more Health Care Coverage.

WHAT HAPPENED?


Dr Ben Carson is barking up the wrong tree.  The Hen House has been pillaged.  Try looking at the Fox instead of the slaughtered Chickens.

Funny how biases form opinions.

Instead of addressing the MULTI decade long healthcare inflation mess, this guy targets a politician to make a political point.

The problem isnt Obamacare it is that healthcare costs are out of control and have been for multiple decades.

Lets keep pointing our fingers at the president while the pharma and other healthcare lobby groups are chopping off our heads while our backs are turned.

Wall, explain how obamacare will fix this.

Where did I say it can fix the problem?

I dont think it can..but this problem is a function of our political system and how we enable those with money to take from those who do not have the means to buy political favor.

The concept of healthcare for all is not a bad one. People were crying when Clinton brought up the concept a decade plus ago..think if we had focused on the healthcare inflation back then and coming up with a solution then..or even BEFORE then..how much better off might we be had we thought and acted for future need rather than on political lines?

Its akin to the electrical grid..nobody wants to pay to upgrade the electrical grid..hell the grid has needed to be expanded and upgraded for how long?

If we wait LONG enough we will end up like India where they have 6-12 hr blackouts regularly because their grid is in shambles..same goes for our grid and our current healthcare problems.

If we ignore the problem long enough I am sure it will eventually be too large to deal with, but hey we didnt have to take action today right?

what are basic moral principles and where do divorce, failing to pay child support, child molestation, adultery and covering up child molestation fit in?

i don't understand how 3 works with 4.  defense spending is about 20% of the total budget and we spend more on defense than any other country and it's not even close.  so, crushing debt is a problem yet weakening funding for the military is also a problem? i'm not following that one?

The guy has obvious biases as you just explained..against debt but for one of the largest portions of our government outlays.

Also phony is number two..vague and baseless.

There has and will always be division amongst a large group of people, that is human nature..

The Left has no one of consequence to follow. wThe Left tells us we need the fair and balanced approach. I with I had a dollar for every time I have heard that phrase in the last year. Dems will get booted in Nov of 2014 after the horrors of Obamacare inflict pain and suffering upon Americans.
