Yes the dead beats Republicans won't honor the Charlotte NC Carolina contract. 16 million due but trumo didn't raise that sum during the convention so Charlotte is suffering from a budget deficit having a convention then not having one it was moved to Jacksonville and then rehashing a broken convention which happened after the official vote in Mellon theater and finalized at the White house with lots of pro demstration in a 1 hour full gala of fireworks.
Now the day after Charlotte is just shoot out of luck.
