GOP Sen. Bill Cassidy
tests positive for Covid-19

Washington (CNN) Republican Sen. Bill Cassidy of Louisiana
has tested positive for Covid-19, his office said Thursday.
He plans to quarantine for 14 days, according to this office.

"I am strictly following the direction of our medical experts
and strongly encourage others to do the same," the senator
said in a statement.

Several lawmakers from both parties have tested positive
for coronavirus, including Illinois Republican Rep. Rodney
Davis, who announced he tested positive earlier this month.

Dent is a very good man.

Which begs the Q, who are the Democrat lawmakers or former lawmakers bolting to vote for trump..........if any?

Dent is the kind of Republican I would vote for.  This is significant because Republicans have booted RINOS from their party and are now attempting to be more partisan and are taking a hardliner stance.  That's fine, except I'm not sure if they realize many districts are very competitive and require being flexible.  That means broad appeal and being reasonable, willing to compromise.  These politicians are more likely to do well in certain areas but Republicans feel they're holding the party back.  I may sound like a giant prick at times but I'm simply matching Trump and demonstrating that his approach shouldn't be so embraced.  It doesn't feel good when it's happening to your side.  Does it?  I actually can be quite reasonable and I don't always agree with Democrats about every damn issue.  However, Republicans have become so extreme that I'm left with no options.  You're not hearing this from the media outlets but this is how I feel.  Republicans keep telling you the Democrats are so out of control and ridiculous, but they don't evaluate the talent from their own side.  I don't see myself ever voting for a Republican until I see some semblance of normalcy from their party.  I actually am concerned that may not happen for quite some time and it'll force me to vote a straight Democrat ticket, even if I'm not thrilled with all their choices.  The alternative scares me.
