Current GOP has been hijacked by fascists comparable to extreme far right in Europe. Whereas democrats is center right or moderate on political spectrum. Unfortunately, US has a flawed democracy that sometimes allow minority to gain power over majority of voters. States with large populations are under represented in government while states with small populations are over represented. Only two parties dominate politics. Other countries have 3 or more political parties in government. Removing bad government is harder in the US. In other countries, failure to pass major legislation such as budget automatically triggers election.

Teachers , nurses the health industry , science , they don't support much more than a traitor these days....
