democrat controlled chicago has seen 1000 murders so far this year. this is a feat that has not happened in 27 years for our neighbors in chicago. from what i understand the mayor is going to hold a party to celebrate the carnage. maybe she will serve human blood as a refreshment........
The police commissioner of Philadelphia has presented on various topics including Race and Policing, Women in Law Enforcement, De-escalation and Investigation of Use of Force, Building Community Relationships after Controversy, and Video Recording in Policing and Early Intervention Systems.
The results of her leadership — Portland went up in flames and Philadelphia is seeing more murders this year than any other year since the city was founded 340 years ago.
