If, that vaccine is to be effective ..there has to be enough people willing to get vaccinated. There are a lot of &#x201C;anti-vaxxers in this country..e.g. currently only about 1/3 of American adults opt to be vaccinated against seasonal influenza even in the midst of the  2017-2018 historically severe flu season.
