Ok honestly,  what does she do a department of labor chief.? She can raise the minimum wage that is legislature impact spending. She can create jobs unless her niece might need an assistant position in the department.

She can't gauge workers needs and address tactical grants for.needed positions that between trade schools.and students applying.

She can't adjust well grant.leberls against that is congress. What does the us secretary of labor do...

Please explain that that position is anything more then window dressing in charge of the sixth largest economy with forest over sight to budgets 

Well The us labor secretary is a perfect way to vice president the lady. 

Iternary go to work request coffee.attend a meeting go to lunch .... come back habe group planning old business pause... New business pause... any concerns in the work place?????

How about occupational safety? Is that important to you? 

How about those with disabilities? Shouldn't they get a fair shot at employment?

How about healthy work environments? Should we let everything go to shit like the hog farms in Idaho? 

How about workers labeled as "management" so they don't get paid for working 80 hours a week? 

How about medical leave or are you OK with a company screwing workers who get ill?

All this & more comes under the purview of the Secretary.
